Selection Process

The Darleen J. and Robert L. Walker Scholarship Fund is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation established pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Robert L. Walker. The current directors of the corporation are James Reichardt, Wesley P. Newburg, Jr., and Louise Shannon.

For the 2007-2008 school year, the scholarship committee will meet and review all completed applications received by June 30, 2007. Applicants may be asked to participate in a face-to-face interview at the offices of the Fund in Villa Park, Illinois.

Scholarship winners will be notified no later than August 12.
